Course Title:

Optimize Your Business – How to Develop Systems, Processes, Routines and Automations in Your Business

Course Length:

4 hours

Course Overview:

Learn to understand and develop your full workflow, how to build processes and systems around it and how to optimize those processes with automations and sound routines to make your company run smoother, reduce overhead and give you the opportunity to work ON your business and not just IN it!

Summary

Believe it or not, working 100 hours a week will not get you ahead. If you’re putting in 12-hour days every day, it does not mean you’re working harder – or smarter. It means you don’t know how to run a business.

And that’s alright. You can still be a very talented contractor and a superb craftsman but not understand how to run a business. They’re simply two different skill sets. Maybe you’re not good at delegating, or don’t trust the people that work for you, or haven’t properly trained the people that work for you? If so, you could be looking at long hours of working on or managing projects by day and wearing the office manager cap by night…which will eventually burn you out and will likely stunt your business’ growth.

One of the most difficult things to do as a business owner is organize your time and efforts in such a way that you can enjoy the fruits of your labor while growing your business. This is the key difference between being an owner and an entrepreneur. In this class, we’ll take an in-depth look at how you’re running your business and where the efficiencies can be approved through automation, technology and simple common sense.

Is it possible to run a 7-figure contracting business with one administrative person in an office space that’s less that 1,000 square feet? Absolutely it is, because I did it, and I’m excited to show you how.
